CNC Milling

CNC milling is one of our most popular services. Milling is the main production method for the production of scientific laser, optical, night vision devices, thermovision components. Our milled components are extremely precise and complex and designed for 3D surfaces.

Milling orders have high application requirements and require the use of modern high-speed CNC machines with integrated anti-vibration and self-control systems. Each year we add new equipment to our machine toolset and we are constantly looking for equipment upgrades. Our latest upgrade is the 5 axle machining centers HURCO VMX 10U and MAZAK Variaxis 600i.

All machines are networked together and programmed with GibbsCam software. For cutting, we use metalworking tools from renowned and recognized manufacturers: GARANT, KIOCERA, ISCAR, KENNAMETAL, LANG, ATORN, ARNO, etc.
