Precision Cleaning

Precision cleaning is essential for laser components: coolant-emulsion residues and chips left after machining can evaporate and contaminate laser optics if not removed.

The process has three stages:

  1. Immediate rinsing with a water jet to prevent residues from drying.
  2. Ultrasonic cleaning on the cleaning line to dislodge debris from holes, followed by rinsing with deionized water.
  3. Blow-drying holes and oven-drying components, then inspecting surfaces under a UV lamp.
