Quality is one of the key indicators of a company’s value and reliability. Ensuring it depends on employee qualifications, technological preparation, material quality (and chemical composition control), as well as equipment, tooling, and measurement systems.

At Sargasas, the complexity of our components often exceeds the capabilities of conventional tools (calipers, micrometers). For these cases we use advanced metrology equipment—Hexagon GLOBAL and Hexagon TIGO SF-programmed with PC‑DMIS; measurement reports are provided on request. We also run annual metrology training for CNC operators to maintain and improve measurement competencies.
