About The Position
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, assign, and oversee tasks in production, metalworking, packaging, and cleaning/washing processes.
- Ensure that tasks are completed on schedule and meet technological specifications.
- Ensure manufactured products meet quality standards.
- Work with teams to develop and recommend improvements that streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Provide employees with required tools and materials and ensure effective use.
Requirements:
- Higher education; degree in engineering or technology is an advantage.
- 2 years’ work experience in a metal‑processing company.
- Understanding of manufacturing/production processes.
- Strong PC skills; experience with ERP/CAM systems preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational competence.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to motivate team members.

Offered Salary:
2500–3000 €/month (before taxes), plus performance-based bonuses.
